    We bought a dishwasher that doesn't work off this crowd they never sent a repair person after saying they would twice, after a total of 8 hours on' customer don't care' line they agreed a refund but haven't sent an email to confirm, after going on their F. B page it appears we are in for a ride here as there ais many people with the same issue, is there a retail complaints authority like the NSAI I can call to get the ball rolling here or are they as impodent as p..c world's customer care line?
    What's the best form of attack here?
