Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi

    I read on your website that low pressure in a kitchen tap can be due to issues with the water supply. Are there any known issues in D8 that you know of? Just before I call a plumber. Thank you.

    Hold off on a plumber until they get back to you (it’s highly unlikely it’s anything on your end) but be prepared for the water to go off. It could be low pressure due to a busted mains somewhere. Fill a few pots/gallons of water just in case.

    Hi there,

    We are not aware of any works taking place in your area that may be causing this. Would you mind sending a PM with the following details and we can investigate:

    - Name;
    - Address;
    - Contact number; and
    - If your neighbours are also affected.

    Thanks in advance,
    Allanah
