Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Apologies if this was posted before but I just came across this video from yesterday of Commander Chris Hadfield the Astronaut having a chat with Adam from the Late Late Toy Show. What an amazing gesture to the young lad, one he will likely carry with him for life!

    He has form with Ireland too - he did a bunch of ads for Failte Ireland not long after he came down from the International Space Station mission too. Seems a pure gent and I hope we haven't heard the last of him on our shores.

    He seems a great guy but let’s call a spade a spade here, he didn’t do the adverts with Fáilte Ireland out of the good of his heart.

    He also did a VT for this weekends Comhairle Na n'Óg agm.
    Really is a very altruistic and giving person.
    Time and attention are always great motivators to young people in particular and he really does give of his quite freely.

    His book "An Astronauts Guide To Life On Earth" is well worth a read.
