Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Card payment declined on ROS

    Hi. I was trying to make a payment on ROS, but the transaction failed. However, I can't re-submit the payment. Anyone know if there's a way around this?

    You can make a payment online on the My Services page in ROS. You have to choose the tax and year to put the payment against.

    Thanks. I've just tried that (Submit a payment) and got a message saying "There are no periods against which you can make a Payment for this Registration."

    Are you sure the transaction failed? Was there anything in the ROS inbox by way of a payment acknowledgement? This message you got usually comes up when the payment has been made and nothing is due.

    Also ROS has been particularly cranky this morning. I've been kicked out a few times and it's very slow to move pages.
