    Hi All,

A few months ago the access to the Viaduct in Halfway village , Ballinhassig was blocked off(Likely by the land owner).

    - Is there anyway to check if this was/is a right of way?

Looking at LandRegistry.ie it seems the land where the viaduct is loacted is not registered with the Land Registry. Area's in the map without the tiny red dots are unregistered. Was this a railway line at one time? It's possible the land is still owned by the state. Contact the OPW to ask.

The areas in yellow are rights of way so it appears there's no right of way there either.

Note: *PRA Boundaries and Plan Area are not conclusive.
