Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Can you tell me what IW’s process is to generate a quote for a new connection?

    Hi Bogwoppit,

    Thanks for getting in touch.

    Once it is confirmed through a pre-connection enquiry, that a connection is feasible, a new connection application must be made. Irish Water will assess your application to calculate the least cost design solution for you. You will then be issued with an offer to connect detailing costs and works required and the average timeline from when an application is made to when an offer is sent is 16 weeks.
