Parcel Connect - UK Virtual Address Announcement

    Dear Virtual Address Member,

    Today we would like to bring you an important service update regarding the Parcel Connect UK Virtual Address service.

    Effective Friday 18th December 2020, and until further notice, Fastway Couriers will temporarily suspend the UK Virtual Address service from Parcel Connect. This is due to custom clearance requirements for parcels being imported into the Republic of Ireland from Great Britain, post-Brexit.

    While this service will be temporarily suspended effective Friday 18th December 2020, we recommend you stop using the service with immediate effect, due to current delivery demands in the run-up to Christmas. Please note all other services remain unaffected.

    To ensure you are prepared for this temporary suspension, please review the following:
      Any parcels arriving at the UK Virtual Address will be processed as normal up to Friday 18th December 2020.
      During the temporary suspension period please ensure to update any address books, where you have indicated Parcel Connect UK Virtual Address as your default delivery address.
      If ordering online between now and Friday 18th December 2020, and using the Parcel Connect UK Virtual Address as your default delivery address, please double check all transit times to ensure your parcel arrives before the temporary suspension of the service.
      Parcels arriving at the UK Virtual Address after Friday 18th December 2020, we cannot guarantee they will be processed.

    We apologies for any inconvenience this temporary suspension may cause, and we look forward to reactivating the Parcel Connect UK Virtual Address service in the New Year.
