Transferring a call from an Eir mobile to another number

    Hi all - hoping someone can help.

    My office has all calls coming to one mobile number and at the moment we just take messages and forward them to the recipient by email.

    We're with Eir and the mobile is an iPhone (I'm sure we could organise an Android if that was the solution).

    We want to be able to answer a call and then transfer to another number. When I search all I'm getting is how to forward calls and that's not what I want. Does anyone have any experience in this situation? Thanks
