    Hi,

Does anyone know how long does Ptsb take to close a mortgage deal? Been 10 days since we submitted the documents but every now and then they come back asking for some documentation or another. Quite frustrating. Not sure what how long they take and what checks do they do before the drawdown?

    Thanks!

    Hi,
We are in the same boat with PTSB. Our closing date has been changed twice now because of delays with them.
We have been in 'final review' for 3 days now waiting for them to release funds.
Did you get sorted with them or can you advise how long it took in the end?

We had to wait for 12 working days. My solicitor wasn't the best one. So it was on me to push PTSB all the time. The sales rep didn't respond promptly so there was a long wait time. But we've got it sorted now, finally 😊
