    It's re-signed. Just a semi-literate content editor on their website that's all.
Putin has confidence in him and decided not to leave him long on the transfer market.

    Trump Fired Into Outer Space

....along with a phone capable of making calls to Newsmax and OANN. NASA officials have said, "This is the one thing we didn't want to happen."

    The story of the tweet
"When we called Costiloe to tell him that we were planning a fact check and that much of the tweet was inaccurate, he said good-naturedly: "Tear it a new one. Go for it, baby." He said he is "nobody," a man who lives with diabetes in Texas and did the tweet because he had seen the information pop up somewhere on his Facebook feed and "it made me feel good."
He said he was never sure the content was correct and was amazed the tweet went so viral. He said he had only 200 Twitter followers at the time he posted it.
"I don't want to mess up the world. I just wanted to make me feel good," he said. "It turns out it made a lot of people feel good.""

Jesus. What a wonderful world we live in

I think after the last few days even he knows the jig is up on that, apart from nuts like Ted Cruz the Rep party has left him high and dry to cover their own arses.

He could run as an Independent unless barred from doing so, but he'd only gain his loony bin voter base if he did. He needs the Republican ticket, which I can't imagine he'll get again after last week.

I could get onboard with that.

Here's none other than Ted Cruz in 2017, supporting Big (and little) Tech's right to decide for themselves who can use their services, free of Government interference:
In an editorial published in Roll Call on Tuesday, Cruz called the erosion of net neutrality "internet freedom," because it provides freedom for companies to write their own rules online.

"This policy ... seeks to force companies of all sizes to ask the government for prior approval of business decisions," writes Cruz. It appears Cruz believes corporations, instead of the government, should be trusted to give their own consumers fair and equal access to the internet.

Sen. Cornyn followed Cruz's lead in a tweet Wednesday. "Net neutrality is misnamed. It is government regulation. Why not let the market work?"

There are literally people banned from this thread because they couldn't engage in civil discourse. Do you think this is new or something??
But do you want further action against them, like covfefe was celebrating?
What if you lived in a world where everyone who was posting wrong think on some thread could be banned from boards, then lose their jobs and access to their kids?

    What a utopia :-)

There will be significant political pressure on the Republicans to be seen to do something about this. They can't have another jan 6th on their hands.

McConnell will have to try pressure trump to resign and take the fire out of this. If his doesn't, there will be further significant fall out for the reps.

the problem is a significant number of ppl seem to think the election was somehow rigged ..

its not often we hear of possible armed protests at capitol building and all 50 states too

    something must be afoot...

Yes when it's the President of the United States fomenting insurrection against his own country. I think it is very much warranted going further. It's frankly bizarre to think otherwise.

Kind of mad that it was permissable in the first place.

As someone said, it's a massive indictment on his inability to communicate with the country when he can be silenced because of being banned from a social media app.

Kinda mad, that you're upset at a lockdown because of a pandemic and you rock up to protest armed with AR-15s handguns, bulletproof vests and military style clothes..

What is Trump doing atm anyway? He doesn't appear to be carrying out any functions as president that I can see.

    He may as well resign.

so no change there then. though he has done one thing. He gave the Presidential Medal of Freedom to Jim Jordan. Jim is most famous for knowing that members of the wrestling team he coached were being sexually molested and doing nothing about it.

He's been doing shag all since he lost the election. Barely gives any press conferences and hasn't done a thing since he got kicked off of Twitter.

Imagine being in your 70's and crying about someone kicking you off social media. Truly an Alpha Male move.

Yet to see evidence of this
and how. It is delicious. He is an odious individual who deserves everything coming to him.
But don't stop at him, target his family, his followers and their families.
Show how virtuous you are by making them suffer

If you think something is afoot simply because others think that something is afoot then you can easily see how the whole thing can be fabricated

    He is an absolute waster.
Never worked a day in his life, got handed everything and made a balls of it.
I have no idea how he actually got to the point of being able to run in an election.

That's quite a stretch. These people were part of a mob trying to prevent the elected leader of the US from being certified by congress so that Trump, who lost the election, could hold on to power.

    That's a far cry from wrong-think.

If you come in on the coattails then you must go down with the coattails, this is the price of being a sychophant. And thank God there is a downside. There's a risk for every reward.

Which is kind of insane when you think about it. You even see it here. It's come to the point where left/right isn't really what divides people anymore - it's between the informed and the misinformed.

One of the outcomes, if its successful, is that he'd be constitutionally barred from running for President, or indeed any political office, ever again.

It means he can't run for office again. When the Democrats run the Senate they can decide when to have the impeachment hearings.
