This particular incident yes. Likewise however, the BLM riots and looting we've seen over the past few weeks lie solely at the feet of the Democrats by the same token. Both sides have been fanning the flames over the last few years, media and parties alike. We've seen the results of this over the last year in particular.

It is weird that the security there is so bad. Someone mentioned they have a lot of armed police but they were obviously pretty insufficient to deal with a large scale terrorist threat.

Capitol police made a choice to go soft on these protesters in both numbers and how they were armed, the complete opposite of what they did for BLM. Hard to say it is anything other than the police's usual race based favoritism.
