Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    If your cold kitchen tap is currently affected, could you send us a private message confirming the below details?

    - Full name;
    - Contact number;
    - Full address including the Eircode and County;
    - Are you aware if your neighbours are also affected?

    Thanks in advance,
    Jose

    Hi there,

    We are sorry to hear this.

    If your cold kitchen tap and neighbours are not affected, it would indicate that this may be an internal issue within your house hold and not the public mains.

    Irish Water are responsible for the public water network and if this is occurring internally within your building, it may be outside of our remit to resolve.

    However, if you would like to confirm the following details (Private message) so we can look into this for you:

    - Full Name;
    - Address;
    - Eircode; and
    - A contact number

    Thanks,
    Jose
