    Hi,

I’m looking for a recommend for a 5.1 surround sound system. House was finish a few years ago and I got the electrician to wire it for surround sound. The cable he installed is CABLEX 2 CORE X42/0.20 SPEAKER CABLE CE 055M L-14/04.

    Speakers will be wall mounted.

    I have a 55 inch Sony Bravia (KD-55XH8196)

    Hi CPS84,

Thanks for the email and apologies for the delay getting back to you!

If you're looking a great 5.1 system for wall mounted speakers I would highly recommend the Denon AVRX2700 with the Monitor Audio Mass system. The amp sounds incredible and is packed with features including 8K/120Hz passthrough, wireless streaming and Dolby Atmos. The speakers are a great match and pair very well with the amplifier and they would be one of the best compact satellite systems. You can also get dedicated wall mounts for the Mass pack.

Let me know what you think!

    Kind regards

    David
