    When can the 2020 Form 11 be submitted to Revenue and where should the PUP details be entered? I'd prefer to get it out of the way now.

    Also, is the PUP subject to PRSI and USC as other income is?

    PUP is liable to Tax and USC per the link above. I haven't looked at the 2020 F11 yet but as other SW payments aren't liable to USC I expect there will be a separate field for it in the relevant section. The F11 should only be filed after the end of the tax year when all income for the year and claims for reliefs etc. are known. If you have previously filed F11 certain fields will be pre-populated or there will be an advisory such as for SW payments indicating what their records say was paid and you can then enter that if in agreement with it. Revenue won't have those amounts yet from SW as the year is not over.
