Hi all I was fortunate to receive an iphone 11 from my father (he didn't want his upgrade). Where do I go in Limerick to get it unlocked for all networks? Cost?

Nowhere, not necessary. You get your father's network to provide him with the network unlock code. Then you're sorted.
