    Especially as Colm mcm stated these points, and now you are running with them as if they are your own.

    Your comments doesn't have any intelligence behind them. For example, if you think a GP does 30k miles a year, which will require a minimum of 2 hours of non stop driving, with no traffic, every single work day, then there isn't much productive time left in the day to provide patient consultations. Bit of a waste of GP time wouldn't it? Pre Covid, I would do 30k a year and I'm certainly not a GP. I'm sure plenty of other professions require that kind of mileage.
