IBAN Character Limit with Business On Line?

    I'm trying to change my payment account with a business to a new Revolut IBAN (LT ...) which is 22 characters long. The business is saying that an IBAN of 22 characters cannot be entered into the Business On Line system and it's looking for a 26 character IBAN. Can you please advise?
