Debenhams Closing Sale Online - utter ripoff

    One of the primary reasons Debenhams failed was horrendously high prices and false sales.

    Their online closing down sale is no exception. My local pharmacy is cheaper at full price than debenhams closing sale discounts on entire ranges of items from candles to perfumes and face stuff (exact matches - size and brand).

    So please don't be fooled by this.

    I don’t think anybody should be shopping with Debenhams no matter what the price based on how they’ve treated their former workers

    How is Harvey Norman still a going concern so?

    I often picked up jeans, shirts and men's shoes in Debenhams at surprisingly decent prices btw

    Closing this thread. Discussion about labour laws etc should take place in the relevant forum.
    This forum is for bargain alerts, ethics of buying from a particular store are a matter for each purchaser.
    OP: For a closing down sale, it's no better that their usual sales. In fact there was far better sales prices in March.
