Anyone know how to get thru to IKEA Customer services

Just got IKEA delivery thru DPD. Box completely battered (and wet). One item smashed. Even though CS is supposedly open 7 am - 8 pm the answering machine says it is closed. No webchat. No email address available as far as I can see.

Thanks but I have tried that - that just brings you back around to the same messages 'No webchat', 'CS is closed' .... I'll try phoning early tomorrow morning...

Began phoning 7.30 this a.m. Eventually got through just now. They will send me a replacement for the damaged item - this Christmas present frame will now arrive on January 18th!!!!:(
