Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Apologies if this is the wrong forum. Leaving 3 next week and have €60 worth of credit to use up. Don't want anything in the play store. I'd like to donate it to charity. Anyone know any list I can use to choose some charities?

How do you get a refund from 3 (PAYG)?

I don't believe you can unless they've changed policy, Credit is normally not refundable, use it or loose it kinda thing.

Was that to do with a new arrangement re credit, topping up every 28 days and keeping credit, now you top up and credit taken for bundle? This happened months ago. I'm referring to getting a refund for credit, which I don't think is possible?
