Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Gamble on Tony Martins La Tektor in the first. That run behind Cash Back last year was very eyecatching. Looks like on a nice mark. GL

I think BitviewColin looks overpriced at 33's 6 places in the first at Leopardstown.

I am backing the Skeltons in the Challow Hurdle - Wilde about Oscar

To be honest everything looks best watched, very competitive all said. I backed Sharjah at 11's last night, but certainly no value in 6's currently. I have my doubts about Monkfish as I have heard that Mullins does not like running his best ones over 3 miles at this stage of the year and he may just jog him out. Furthermore anyone taking 1/2 about any horse over fences needs their head examined, one clip here or there and your money is gone, look at yesterday.

I have also backed Cut the Mustard for Nicholls and the best chase jockey on the planet - Bryony Frost - nice price at 13/2. Mares chase in Doncaster.

Hindsight is wonderful isn't it.

Wasn't too long ago he had a nice couple of gambled on winners for Breslin in Galway.

    Saint Roi all the way

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 2,149 ✭✭✭piplip87

Lads what happened with Mullins and some of his owners. I see a fair heap of his owners are now with Nicholas and Henderson ?

    Big day for rog.

    Abra vs st roi showdown.
I assume rog has plenty down on abra given the prices?

She won't beat Honeysuckle but I think the Champion Hurdle might suit her.

Have Suede Munir anything else for the Champion Hurdle?

benie des dieux should have beat her last year , concertista is the next great mare

    Sceau Royale

Means nothing, he is not good enough to win a CH , probably end up in the Ryanair or something else handy. Wouldn't place in a CH.

I think she would have a chance?

  • Registered Users Posts: 823 ✭✭✭Coneygree

Has to go to the Mares right? Perfect horse to carry on from Annie, VVM and Benie.

    Wouldn't trust the owners though.

  • Banned (with Prison Access) Posts: 9,078 ✭✭✭IAMAMORON

    20's for the CH.

I reckon a few will line up there as it looks competitive and I would wait for the day, but I would back her if Honey suckle is not going.

    She only looks half fit.

I have a handy mouth, but the slurry out of yours tops anything else I ever read on these threads.

Claiming horses beaten in grade 1's should have won is really being full of shight.

Every time you spout your mouth pure garbage just falls out of it.

I think Mullins has too many for the CH to send her there. A bit like Shewearsitwell most likely going down the Mares Novice route rather than the Supreme.

Benie for the Mares Chase now hopefully.

Catching up with the racing so far today... I see JP made his sponsorship money back in the first in Leop :D

    Concertista went well!

Fair point, but you would have to put yourself in the owners shoes?

If they think she could win a CH surely he would have to train her for it?

She wouldn't beat Honeysuckle imo. But she won well last year over the 2 mile.

That was some race, Monkfish looks a serious prospect

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 17,965 ✭✭✭✭Gavin "shels"

Latest Exhibition looks big at 5-1, definite value imo.

Good win for Monkfish but a big run by Last Exhibition.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 126 ✭✭Anniepowaa

the albert bartlett form is rock solid i'd send monkfish and latest exibition straight to the gold cup

  • Registered Users Posts: 823 ✭✭✭Coneygree

Big run from Latest Exhibition but Monkfish is class. He's some size of a thing, a bit like Topofthegame you'd worry how he'll handle it all as he gets older.

Saldier to win here, as Patrick Mullins said could be anything, really liked the run where he beat Klassical Dream, Sarjah and Petit Mouchier.

  • Registered Users Posts: 532 ✭✭✭ItAintMeBabe

Anyone else think Mullins seems sweet on Sarjah?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 2,625 ✭✭✭RivetingRoger

    Abacadabras time!!

What I took from both Mullins interviews is to lump on Sadlier for March

Of course I was on Abra

Abracadabra - and its dissapeared !!!

    Saint Roi found nothing

    Back Buveur Dair now!!

Aspire Tower ran a cracker for a 4yo against a course specialist. Will be better next season.

  • Registered Users Posts: 823 ✭✭✭Coneygree

Aspire Tower continues to prove me wrong, fine fine horse. Goshen must have been some yoke seeing how he and Allmankind have fared this year. The division is a mess though, very open race. Saldier looked like he was ridden tactically for the other two, but maybe that's pocket talk on my part.

Always love how modest Willie is in interviews, never takes credit - always gives the team shout outs.

  • Registered Users Posts: 162 ✭✭Clique

That main presenter on RTE is absolutely awful. Seems clueless at times.

Sharjah travelled like a dream as usual but Aspire Tower put up a very good performance considering the mistakes.
