    do you think there is a problem with the oven? is the temperature reaching what it says? This could easily be checked. is the fan working, assuming its a fan oven? is the seal on the oven good keeping in the heat?

    Regarding saying the power city are unhelpful, i hope you gave them more specific information! :). It would be helpful to know if the over worked okay when you got it 1st, and how old it is. Did you fit it.

    I do know the beko ovens are budget - so new perhaps it compares poorly to your previous oven?
