Thinking of making a move to this area and was wondering if anyone knew anything about it, seems okay on paper, security gates, solar panels on the roofs, decent cars in driveways etc, just wondering why its so cheap to be honest! Does anyone know if there's a catch? Eg antisocial tenants/students/noise etc...
