Sorry for the late reveal, I am doing tax returns and my head is melted

Anyway, one man decided to pay Charlie almost the same as the rest of you combined

The correct answer was 4,000 francs, or £454, so Trigger gets his second pass

We say goodbye to Neowise, always good to go out in a blaze of glory

Majority of people were way off, for some reference a professional english rugby player gets paid £20-40k a year today, I was surprised that these cyclists got so much!

Wow, my initial guess was £100 but I scaled it up to ensure I was in the safety zone

I assumed they were borderline unpaid as novices, almost like interns fighting for a "real" place

I was basing it on the fact that surely even a novice cyclist (cos that's what it sounded like) would get paid more than the top rate of pay I received working in Abrakebabra (£3 an hour) in summer 97. Seems not. I had a whole £26 more than this lad and I got free chips.

Yes that is crap pay for a pro-athlete (isn't it )

You would really need a full-time job and have the cycling as a gig on the side.

Holy moly, I was a bit wide of the mark that time.....

I'd imagine that would be quite hard. Like the Tour de France goes on for weeks. I presume there are other similar races, and maybe more again that are not as prestigious, and then the training down on top of it. I'd say it would be hard to have another job along with cycling.
