    Sorry for the delay guys

I have a book on Chi Running that I never read but according to that how many runners are there in the US?

Runner as in people who run, not what you put on your feet

    A) wtf is chi running
    B) is it chi runners specifically you're looking for or people who run full stop?
    C) professional runners or anyone who shows up to a park run on a saturday?

Lot of aggression coming off the page this morning

Chi running is a form of running thats meant to be good for you body, you lean forward and let your body follow thus allowing your weight to do some of the work. It also stops heel striking which causes a major friction to runners as it stops your momentum

I'm looking for all runners, people who go out for a jog to people who do it professionally.

It's not aggression. You're asking a question on something people have never heard of.

So weighing more would make you a better runner, therefore I'm in training when I sit on the sofa eating chocolate :D

Well the population of the US is 332,140,111. So at least there's a upper and lower limit for this one! :):)

Ah balls... I had about 250 milion in my head and went for a percentage of that. Think I might be a bit low.
I'll let it run and see what happens..

Some days one person is head and shoulders above everyone else in deserving to go out but don't

Today is one of those days

There are 24 million runners in the USA according to the Chi running book, which is what the question was

    Morning all

In general Ireland avoided the bombing in WW II but on 31 May 1941 the Nazis bombed the North Strand, South Circular Rd, Terenure and Sandycove in Dublin, they damaged 900 houses.

In 1958 the Germans paid compensation, how much?

:D my teacher lived in the Congo as a missionary for a few years aswell as working in the North and the border area during the troubles. Kinda brought history to life! I can imagine English history being very British Empire centric :)

Wexford was bombed as well. Campile. Was that bombing included in the compensation?

I actually can't remember much, but there was a heavy dose of the old kings and queens and about how spiffing the ol' spirit and courage was during the blitz. Without going off on one completely it's such a shame, and I think you trace a line straight from the UKs history curriculum to the jingoistic attitudes of many, right up to the brexit vote. Anyway, rant over :p
