How does that back four work for City?

Dias and Ake in the centre with Stones and Cancelo fullback?

Or 3 man defence with Cancelo floating around somewhere?

I think Ake will be full back and Stones in the centre

Now that he's been dropped hope it stays that way as I've Bednarek to come in for him...no doubt he'll come on though for one or cameo :(

He'll probably only come on if it's tight which is unlikely. I think City will tear them apart tonight

Yeah, he played 90 in the cup so was always a possibility

I took him out for Bamford so it suits me.

    Jorginho pen saved

    Jorginho pen saved

He's fair cat at them, his little jump.

If Timo was on the field it was a goal.

Stones able to play there too. Be interesting to see who is.

I wouldn't be too confident of that, he's been poor recently too.

Timo would have scored a hat trick if he were on the pitch.... :)

Saka a nice differential there, especially with grealish blanking

Saka seems like a blast from the past from gw1 when he was all the rage.

Guff about stuff, and stuff about guff.

I don't know why Jorginho takes pens like that. He telegraphs which side he is going and does not get much power in it.

Guff about stuff, and stuff about guff.

Who was fouled for the penalty?

I’ve watched a couple of his games, has played really well without getting fpl points, seems to play every game and sees out the full 90.

I think it might have been mount.

Grealish has been disappointing from an Fpl view last couple, turn in fixtures means he is likely out the door.

He has been immense in last few games.

Sold Kev for Salah. I'd be very surprised if Kev doesn't get a double digit score

  • Registered Users Posts: 18,828 ✭✭✭✭gormdubhgorm

Grealish has and was unlucky not to get more fpl points.
I wonder will Barkley come straight back in and take El Ghazi's place? Or will he have to wait because of his form. Grealish is supposed to play better with Barkley fpl wise.

Guff about stuff, and stuff about guff.

Traroe has been playing well recently aswell and was on for motm today before making way for mings/konsa sending off substitution. Trez is also injured but will be back soon. When everyone fit, Jack on left Ross in middle and el gazhi, Trez and traroe fighting for the other spot imo.

Gordon playing from the start is a surprise. Hope he does enough to stay in.

Bruce seems to have written this game off and used it an opportunity to rest the important players.
If Man City don't give them a hiding something is wrong somewhere imo.

Guff about stuff, and stuff about guff.
