Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Heatlink Underfloor Heating Manifold

    Hi all,

Hoping someone can give me some advice.

I have a heatlink underfloor system which is about 15 years old.

I have a 7 port manifold downstairs and a 6 port manifold upstairs. These are twistseal modular manifolds.

I never have had a bit of trouble with the downstairs manifold, however the upstairs ones have stuck closed, and three times have leaked.

In the past I just replaced a section and it has been ok, but this time one of the return sections has begun to leak and I am thinking about just replacing the whole thing with a new stainless manifold instead of the plastic one that's in it.

Is it possible to replace the manifold with a non heatlink one? I can drive to the single remaining supplier next week when they reopen but it would be handy to get one locally rather than travelling during restrictions.

I do have 4 24v NC actuators currently which are for the bedrooms, the other 2 zones are static.

    Any advice appreciated.
