Hi, I have LG 55UM7100PLB and I got a LG SK1 with it. The sound bar isn't much better to the actually TV and is lost in a large room. I am looking for recommendations. Haven't a huge budget but don't even know where to start. Do I just go by Watt? so a 150w is better to a 100w etc?

Also do I need optical to cable in so it automatically starts? at the moment the bar is connected via bluetooth so when I turn on TV I have to go find the sound bar remote and turn it on. I can then turn up/down using the LG remote which is handy

    Thanks

    Hi JohnDeereIE,

    Thanks for the post!

If you are looking at a soundbar around those specifications I would recommend the Wharfedale Vista 200S at £199.

It has a wireless sub as well as an optical input and HDMI. It also has Bluetooth but I would recommend connecting via a wired connection for ease of use and sound quality! It also has learning remote so you can use your LG remote to control the volume:

Let me know what you think!

    Kind regards
