Hi just been offered a new build council house and was wondering if any one knows if it will have any flooring when we move in as we went to look in the window yesterday and there is nothing there now.
Is it down to us to lay floors throughout the house?

It’s your responsibility, you can depending on your situation apply for a grant from the CWO or SW.

The kitchen area and bathrooms are probably tiled.

There will be no flooring anywhere bar the kitchen and bathroom, this is standard council policy. It won't be tiles for insurance reasons. Well done on the new house.
