Kingsbury calls a timeout, then calls a running play on 3rd-and-18.

He's the worst coach in the league and Arizona are a poverty franchise if they don't sack him.

Everything since that fourth and one has been vintage bears. I hope the cards win, I don't want us in a playoff if this is the craic.

Derrick Henry hits 2k. Love watching him play and he's a likely hall of famer.

Not sure how Tennessee have gotten themselves into this situation, but congrats on Henry's historic season.

Kyler Murray should have stayed on the sideline because since he came back in it’s clear he’s not 100%.

The NFL must really want a Buffalo Tennessee playoff game.

Oh well. I'm sure nagy will be in interviews talking about continuing to learn from mistakes, referring to things that I, who started watching the sport ten years ago in my late twenties, already understand perfectly well but that he, a professional coach at the highest level, doesn't get. The lesson to leave the playcalling alone has been unlearned, but that's fine because we have all next season to learn it again.

At least he's not Kingsbury. We always have that.

I’ll be back when SNF starts because I’ve not moved much in seven hours.

Edit: I should add that tonight was a mostly enjoyable week of games and if the chargers could have worked out how to not lose games in spectacular ways than the chargers would have had a better record. Justin Herbert is a star.

Did Greg Williams get a job as Texans DC? Unbelievable.

    Gregg Williams?

    Daft defense there

    Doink!

Question is, who the hell is Greg Jackson? And why is he in my head?

  • Registered Users Posts: 1,700 ✭✭✭MileHighGuy

    Ba-doink.

Crazy game start to finish that one.

AFC is stacked this year. Poor Miami.

So the top 5 picks in the draft are set

    1. Jags
    2. Jets
    3. Dolphins (from Texans)
    4. Falcons
    5. Bengals

.... about time they concentrated on this game.

The cheek, we getting an NFL pat on the back after losing our bye week and having to start a randomer at qb against an NFC #1 seed?

I suppose in hindsight was an achievement... I hope the playoffs don't get skewed with some stupid covid absence.

Wow, the Dolphins should be some team next year.

Why did we take that timeout?

Fangio's clock management is like a combo of old andy Reid and Anthony Lynn. FFS.

Goodbye Scott Hansen you beautiful man.

    See you in September.

Yep a welcome bit of normal in a year that was a mess. He made Sunday’s somewhat normal.

Best not to ask, absolutely ridiculous. Of course you need to take a timeout when the other team is in disarray!

I generally like fangio and the d, but goddamn I don't think I've ever seen them close out a game when they've had a chance. Great (even good) defenses do that.

In fairness Williams and Jackson both train their athletes to achieve similar results!

Thanks for that. He seems like a cool lad.

    Great late games this week.

Second time in five years that the Texans traded away a top 5 pick unexpectedly. They surely would have expected that pick to be lower down the board. What a let down of a season they have had.

I think they would do the 2017 deal with Cleveland again in a heartbeat though, they got Watson from that trade and the Browns took Denzel Ward with the fourth pick (iirc) in 2018
