Lost Bank Draft

    Hi There. I lost a bank draft that I recently got in my local branch. I have the date, qty and amount that was on the bank draft. If I got into branch can they help to cancel without the bank draft I got?

    Yes, if you call into your branch with photo ID one of my colleagues will be more than happy to cancel this for you.

    If you are unable to call into branch, it would be best to link in with our customer service team asap either by phone on 0818 365 365, or by Secure Message on your 365 online account (on laptop/computer) by following 'Service Desk' > 'Ask a Question'.
