Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Lol. Toland calling the lineout beautiful when it was a steal.

Beautiful because leinster lost it. He must have been bullied when he played there because he clearly despises leinster.

If you ignore last year's farce due to injuries, this had been a trap game fixture for Leinster. Connacht will have no fear of this.

Very impressive from Connacht. Leinster have barely been in the opposition half, yet alone their 22.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 17,225 ✭✭✭✭Clegg

    World class from Dev.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,242 ✭✭✭SqueakyKneecap

Carty class so far. Shame lineout broke down.

All Connacht for the first 20 minutes but will need more scores you would think.

  • Registered Users Posts: 4,502 ✭✭✭Paul Smeenus

Carty playing much better than last week.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 472 ✭✭Kraftwerk

He had to throw it forward into Tracey to milk that penalty

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 7,047 ✭✭✭Bazzo

Jack Carty's in a mood to play

Connacht will not take the lead at any point in the entire match

Just going to highlight this incisive Leinster Rugby insight again.

It'll be gutting when we collapse but a fantastic showing. Young Masterson and Daly immense.

Carty in god mode so far

Leinster are in big trouble here. A non-performance so far. Forwards have been terrible and Sexton is very rusty.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 17,384 ✭✭✭✭Utopia Parkway

This is like the game 2 years ago. All Connacht and then they got caught in the final 10 minutes.

  • Registered Users Posts: 3,706 ✭✭✭clsmooth

Well deserved. Connacht have been excellent so far.

    Sexton gone already.

    Disaster.

  • Registered Users Posts: 3,706 ✭✭✭clsmooth

    Carty limping after that kick?

Leinster a bit asleep at the wheel, lack of work rate in defence is leaving gaps in the park. Add to that Maloney's complete brain fart and Connacht have been handsomely rewarded for a fast high intensity start.

    From bad to worse here.

    Then Penny scores

    That's criminal defending

5 points from kicks thrown away.

Get driven over and strolled through with their first meaningful attack.

Same story as last week coming I fear.

Leinster have no place kicker now.

12-5 doesn't reflect this game at all. At all

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 17,384 ✭✭✭✭Utopia Parkway

Try on basically Leinster’s first attack of the game.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 7,047 ✭✭✭Bazzo

Ah **** sake. About half the tries Connacht give up are so so soft

  • Subscribers Posts: 41,863 ✭✭✭✭sydthebeat

No Sexton now... No real out half in the team

This game is now firmly in connacht hands.

Nobody defending the fringes in this game apparently.

    HIA for Sexton.
    Could be back

  • Registered Users Posts: 4,229 ✭✭✭A-Train

Sexton is off for a HIA.

    Great turnover by Leavy

Ah come on. That's shocking arrogance by anyone's yardstick. I was calling him on it, which he deserved.

    That first time.

I will fully admit I wouldn't beat myself up about crossing the line to troling. But I'm done now.

Jimmy O'Brien, our starting 13 and current stand in at 10, is injured.

    Wonderful.

Nice bit of work by Leinster to keep Roux from getting up into the pillar.

Porchy with a monster bit of defending

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 17,225 ✭✭✭✭Clegg

Seatbelt tackle by Porch missed by the referee.

Leinster with no discernible shape in the backs. And connacht psyched in the forwards. Could be a tough night.

Ugh. This is going really badly but having to listen to Toland creaming himself every time Connacht do something right is making it far worse.

  • Registered Users Posts: 2,448 ✭✭✭launish116

God I hope Connacht don’t have a repeat of last week...after building this lead!
