Would disagree. They've been much better in attack imo..

The pens at scrum and breakdown are very quick to be blown against us, it took ages for Bucks

Error strewn mess from Connacht. Quite a number of entries in the 22 have been wasted.

  • Registered Users Posts: 7,965 ✭✭✭connachta

There we're lucky with this turnover

  • Registered Users Posts: 7,965 ✭✭✭connachta

Why on earth didn't we dig it out of the scrum???????

Missed the first 15. What happened to Buckley?

  • Registered Users Posts: 7,965 ✭✭✭connachta

Obtained a pen and lost a knee after 15 seconds

    Dumb stuff. Take your points

There was no way Benetton rolled away there.

Going for BP for slim chance of final was probably the thoughts

  • Registered Users Posts: 1,221 ✭✭✭SqueakyKneecap

At least we're fecking over thomond2006 and his buddies at the MRSC choir

  • Registered Users Posts: 7,965 ✭✭✭connachta

Treviso has shown absolutely nothing. Attack? None, just a kick behind.

This ****ing competition leading them to a "final" vs Saffers because they face Zebre is utter ****

I wish we or Ospreys stop them to get there.

Edit : we're not favoured but poor, very poor for now

Benetton who lost to Zebre twice in January.

I'd personally prefer Treviso to get to the final instead of Munster so we can still be the most successful province bar Leinster since 2011!

    Because they are even ****er.
To be able to "react" and reclaim win vs Zebre again and again is way less impressive than react vs Ulster and Munster, to say to least

  • Registered Users Posts: 7,965 ✭✭✭connachta

They were unlucky with close defeats this regular season, but there, thinking they deserve a final after beating 2 poor teams (+ us tonight) would be nonsense

Their level is what they've shown in meaningful game vs Montpellier : a team which hangs on, but is not able to win vs decent teams under normal circonstances

  • Registered Users Posts: 2,321 ✭✭✭theVersatile

Eh - think Treviso deserve to get to the finalif they win today. They've improved some amount - ran Munster close in Italy and had a few other near wins - the winless ProX season didn't do them justice.

I think it's a bit lazy to go "eh, Italian team bad" without admiring the offloading game they try so hard to play.

    Long live the maul

  • Registered Users Posts: 45,433 ✭✭✭✭thomond2006

Good maul. Connacht haven't gotten much change when camped on Benetton's line going through phases but that was promising.

  • Registered Users Posts: 7,965 ✭✭✭connachta

    Finally!!

I got my point above, said again and again they had unlucky defeats, does't mean they are a "final" team at all

Connacht have to win with a BP, otherwise they are hoping for Munster to fail to win at Zebre.

    Harsh penalty there
