Cheapest place for men to get his hair bleached?

Tried highlights at Christmas I liked them but my hair is to fair and are dispersing quickly so I’d like to get my hair bleached? Can someone recommend a place in Limerick I can go, who’s the cheapest?

Well I’m like to get it down by a professional for the best cost cheapest I found so far was €70 in town
