Hi, I have a 42" LG Plasma (42PT353K) but i'm looking to upgrade to a 55" screen. OLED is out of my price range. Was looking at the LG 55UN81006LB. Just wondering what this would be like for watching sport as I have heard that LED TV's can be "blurry" when it comes to fast motion on screen.

    Hey Alowe.

The 55UN81006 is a great television for the money :)
There isn't anything else at its price bracket that I could recommend over it.

I've checked our stock list and the next 55" up is around 1000 Euro.
There are a few other from the LG NANO Cell range that are also out of stock. These were around 679 Euro

The higher the refresh rate the smoother the image. To get the 100Hz panels you need to head towards the 1000 Euro mark.

Any questions please let me know.

Great, Thanks for that kenny. As they say, you don't know if you don't ask ... but is there anything better you can do on the price for me? Also, if buying, call yourselves or is buying online the same?

    thanks again

Thanks for getting back to us alowe!

Unfortunately on the TVs we are on wafer thin margins so the web prices would be the best we can do on them!

If you order online it's a faster process for you!

Let me know what you think!

    Kind regards

    David
