Treadmill recommendation

Happy new year!

As is the case with many people, new year new me so I am looking to purchase a treadmill (space not an issue). My budget is up to 1,000e. I am c. 110kg and 6ft5.

Can anyone recommend anything or even point out do's/don't when I do get it in terms of servicing, taking care of it etc.

I don't need the fancy screens or anything like that - I'd just like it to be reliable and work relatively well.

I have a Nordic track. The ifit thing is very annoying. I didn't sign up for it but the fact that it's there is a bloody nuisance.

Hi

Bought a treadmill from MC Sport in October. Worst decision ever. Won’t go in to details as it’s ongoing but it lasted for one use and I’ve failed to get them to fix the problem. Nearly Three months later it’s sitting there like a big lump of useless metal. Try somewhere else is my advise.

Your budget is really good, you will get much better treadmill in that budget.

Well your budget is good but I suggest you to browse more treadmills online before choosing anyone as recently I have bought a treadmill from Inthemarket. May be there you will find a best one in less price https://www.inthemarket.ie/product-category/gym-equipment/treadmills-2/

Anywhere else as opposed to MC sport ?

they have a good selection but they are really quite expensive for anything good...

i don’t want to cheap out on it as there will be around 80-110 kilometers a week done on it in the winter...

the one I was looking at sold out, typical..
