Not sure if the snow will make it south here to the orher side of the wicklow mountains intact, it usually doesn't

Have woken up to two small coverings of snow in Dublin this winter already. Makes this winter better than last couple of winters anyway!

I still think later in January and February could deliver some really good snow

Nice covering/dusting but temperature rising rapidly, currently -0.3C, not going to last very long but camera will be out at dawn , no doubt it'll be awhile before we see the white gold here again!

Snowing for 30 mins now in Cork. Seemed to be stopping but actually now chucking it down! Kids will wake soon and will think daddy is a genius for knowing when its going to snow! Might make up for all those times daddy gets their hopes up only for.......

Old school here but id say an inch here North East Offaly. About another 10 mins left going by radar.
Hopfully just a taster of whats to come for the rest of winter.
