    Hi,

    I need a statement of my account and a letter to confirm the car loan is paid off. Im on hold on the phone for ages and need it asap.

    Thank you for getting in touch with us here.

    You can certainly obtain a statement for your Current Account by logging into the 365 Online website, select Statements and then Statements and Documents. 

    My colleagues on our Bank of Ireland Finance Team receive a high number of calls each day. You can email them at bif.fulfilment@boi.com and one of my colleagues will be in touch with you.

    I dont have a current account. I bought a car through a KIA dealership and the dealership organised finance via BOI on my behalf.

    I need these statements to prove my payments were made on time and also that the loan has been paid in full.
