No personal hotspot on iPhone 12 with Virgin Mobile

    Is anyone here using Virgin Mobile for their iPhone ?, I don't have an option for personal hotspot on my new iPhone but I did on my previous Android phone. I read its something to do with the APN settings, I tried ringing them a minute ago but it said they are closed, despite their website saying they are open until 6 PM.
    Any help would be appreciated.

    In the APN settings scroll to the bottom and just put the same APN in for hotspot/tethering as your data one.

    Go back and the option should appear.
