You have. There is planet earth. and there is planet covid.

On planet covid hospitals could be overrun any day, they are 99% likely to be overrun when Anto in Finglas re opens his barber shop. They are even more likely to be overrun when vaccines are being rolled out daily.

Asked this before don't think got reply, anyone know for how long a business closes, when staff have covid? Butchers beside me closed last week, still closed, because staff members tested positive, only butchers in area😒

welcome to planet covid. We should extend the level 5 lockdown until 2022 to be certain we dont overwhelm these hard working nurses.

They are trying to protect our best interests, I don't understand why people are having a go at the health system or politicians.

Reopening the schools will be a great achievement, because they're our future.

I've friends who are working as carer's looking after the vunerable and people who can't look after themselves.

There's light getting through the cracks now, so we'll be progressing to gradual opening up of the country.

Our health service is the most important thing we have, because of the health system we have nothing.

Hang on in there, because it'll be worth it.

Better to stick with level 5 because we don't want it to be like Christmas again, people lacking lustre for social distancing, the virus running rampant through restaurants and home's.

It's only a few more months, but we're going to be out of this.

And another thing, I think we're all going to adapt well to the new normal.. our government, health system and senior civil servants are well capable of helping us to get back on our feet, they're professional and know what's best for our welfare.

They're our heroes and they're working hard, and they'll deserve a bonus after all of this.
Like I said 20 Euro should be deducted from the pup and put in their pockets.
They should also get a holiday too, and be the first people to fly out of the country and get some well deserved sun.
Along with pharmacists and general practitioners.

If there's a covid vaccine passport it might be worth suggesting a nominal fee for the procurement and administrative costs.

We are in new set of lockdowns now. Will be revised on 5th of April so hold firm.

Our only hope is the successful rolling out of the VACINNES .
They are obviously buying time .
Probably waiting for the Johnson and Johnston approval from EMA due in next couple of weeks .
That will be a one dose , therefore only paying €35 per patient instead of €60 .
Listening to Michael Martin and the likes of Stephen Donnelly it's the future I'm most fearful of .
We really are going to reap what we sow with these politicans .

It's for the greater good of all of us.

We're in this together, it's not as if there's an asteroid or a few which could potentially wipe us all out and they don't need the panic.

I heard all kinds of things bandied about, and it's not fair blaming our trusted leadership.
