Speakers and sound card

Just looking for advice on budget speakers for light gaming and streaming. Prepared to spend up to 100euro.
Have decent headphones but there are lots of times when I need to hear the outside world or just be more casual.

Any recommendations? Not pushed on wireless or wired, or form factor (soundbar or seperate bass and speakers)

My mobo is an ASRock B550 Phantom, presume at my budget I wouldnt need a standalone sound card?
