The City double clean sheet about the only good thing to take away from that game.

    City so wasteful again.

KDB owner with all my main rivals having Sterling. So won’t lose sleep.

I do remain DB taking a total daisy cutter of a penalty a few Gameweeks ago.

****ing sick of city. Think a defender is best for them atm. Rest are waste of money.

  • Registered Users Posts: 15,263 ✭✭✭✭manual_man

Felt like Sterling was gonna miss it as soon as he stepped up. Absurd to let him take it with only a one goal lead! Ugh as KdB(C)

Cancelo out of the BPS the useless c**t

Captaining Kane/Son could do some damage here

KDB looks like he was put off them for missing the one earlier in the season so.

    Missing one is one thing.

Letting this guy take them instead?

Well. That's an assist taken of my captain and some rage transfers out for Sterling :)

De Bruyne doesn't look that much better an asset than Salah at the moment tbh. City's forwards are so bad.

Why the **** didn't Gundogan take it. **** sake

De bruyne captain and sterling owner looking at probably 22/23 points for that penalty miss maybe more

One thing I've learned this season.

It's better to have an absolute car crash of a season than have a merely ok season, where you're frustrated by every couple of points you lose on your rivals.

Way easier to just get on with your life.

KDB should be told by Pep, you take every ****ing penalty, no excuses!

Sterling should never take penalties, ever!
Hasn't he scored one since though?

Maybe he wasn't supposed to take the last one, or else Sterling gave it to him as he has scored the first goal against Fulham.

Disaster few mins as a Cancelo & KdB (c) owner!

    Possibly 13 points swing!

  • Registered Users Posts: 1,168 ✭✭✭pimpmyhat

As a de bruyne captainer and sterling owner that penalty miss probably cost 22/23 points at least

KdB goal would have been worth 8 points for him - would have gotten him the 3bps, so 16 point swing if you had him captain. Having Sterling is sick bad luck.

    Speechless stuff.

Man is on for 8 minutes, doesnt do anything and misses a penalty.

How and why in the gods name was he even allowed to take it is beyond me, I remember in the summer I think last year he took a horrible penalty, GK saved it easily. The had to be re taken and........ goal keeper saves it and Sterling finishes from the rebound.

Absolutely dreadful player. He is the reason they didnt progress in champions league, both last season and the year before.

Dreadful. Its obvious KDB is turning into a Grealish.. the nice guy. Shure let fkin Zinchenko take the next one

Captaining big Harry here could be a sizeable differential

Foden pick on FH paid off. Might offer him a permanent contract. I think pep has finally made up his mind about him.
    Roll on the spurs trio

    Sickening stuff.

Thing is, KDB is such a good penalty taker. One he missed was really unlucky if i remember correctly - off the post against LIverpool?

FH has been a fail so far. Gundogan and Saiss blanking

Not sure. Maybe, you could be right.

Yeah and Gundogan is daycent at them too.

KDB captainer and Gundogan owner here. I’d have taken either as penalty taker :(

Sterling isn’t a good finisher, so shouldn’t be left near a penalty!

  • Registered Users Posts: 17,773 ✭✭✭✭keane2097

Oh man what a time it would be for a Kane haul!

  • Registered Users Posts: 7,671 ✭✭✭ScummyMan

I’m in foul humour after that

Saw someone saying that was his 4th miss in 6. Bizarre decision.

Spurs disappointment time up next. I've only Son as if they run amok I need to not lose my ass. But I've a feeling 0-0 is a slight possibility here. Wish I was stronger to resist even him. Though will happily be wrong!

I put my team where my mouth is by having Robinson deep in a 3rd sub FH hole.

    Edit! Forgot I've Regulion too.
