Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Virgin horizon box vs 360 box?

Has anybody got the new Virgin 360 box and is it much better than the Horizon box? Our horizon box is always glitching, dropping recordings, losing sound etc, but one of the Virgin sales team actually said that the 360 is still having issues and aside from having the different profile options, isn't actually all that much…

Our horizon box is always glitching, dropping recordings, losing sound etc, but one of the Virgin sales team actually said that the 360 is still having issues and aside from having the different profile options, isn't actually all that much better or faster than the horizon..
