ASB2 Monitor Audio Repair

    Hi. 

    I purchased an ASB2 a good few years ago on special from you which recently stopped working. 

    There was a loud pop and it blew the fuse. Any suggestions on where it could possibly be repaired? Happy with the sound quality from it so wasnt intending to replace it ideally.

    Hi Bigserious1.

    Sorry to heat of the issue you are having with the ASB2.

    You could email our service team on Service@Richersounds.ie and they will be able to check if it can be repaired and how you might go about it.

     As it is out of warranty there is would be a £60 estimate fee to be paid and we would send it off to Monitor Audio for inspection and they would then be able to give a cost to fix if that is possible.
    You also need to return it to us here at the Belfast store.

    The service team will be able to check with MA first though if you drop them an email.

    Please include the name and address you purchased under in the email.

    Thanks for the response. Probably not worth the hassle at the moment in shipping it to Belfast plus repair fees. Most logical option may just be to buy a new one with a warranty for a few hundred euro. 

    If you happen to recommend any repair shops or independant people in Dublin that'd be great too.

    You could go for something like the JBL Bar 2.0 priced at 269 Euro

    For an independent repair agent you could try Plasmacare.ie or MitchellBros who are based in Malihide.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph.
