Where is the option to make a complaint gone from the new apps.?

Also why has the option disappeared to "Ask a question" in the subject line when sending a message though the secure messaging service. None of the new list of options allows me to choose a subject to find out where your complaints procedure can be found and now there is no option to just ask question or even select 'Other' when none of the options applies.

    Hi Joeirish,

Thanks for reaching out to us here today on Boards.ie.

You can find more information on on our Customer Complaints Procedure here.

We're sorry to hear this. If you log in on the app and select "services" and scroll down to the bottom, there will be an option to "Send us a message". Rest assured our colleagues will be happy to help with any account queries you have. We appreciate your interest in our "Ask a question" feature and will certainly share this with our development team.

Feel free to get back in touch if we can help with anything else.

    Thanks,
    Richard
