When I try to connect to 365 using Chrome on macOS I keep getting the attached error message. Cleared cache, tried incognito mode, nothing works.
Using Safari or Chrome on Windows I can access the site.

    Hi Lapsang,

Thanks for getting in touch with us today.

We're sorry to hear you're experiencing difficulty logging in on Chrome. Can we ask you to click "reload" to see if this allows you to log in?

    Thanks,
    Richard

As said, I've tried many things. Reload, using incognito mode, nothing works. Other browsers are fine. There's clearly something wrong, as I'm not the only one experiencing this issue.

    Hi lapsang,

Our support team are looking into this. They have asked if you can please check if you type in the full address https://www.365online.com  into the browser address bar, are you still receiving the same error message? Also, could you please check the log in button in the top right hand corner on www.bankofireland.com to see if the message appears?

    Thanks
    Tara

You could only get a certificate error if you went to to an encrypted (https) URL, so asking if people went to the https address tells me that those in the back office have no clue.

    Let me try to help.

The issue is occurring because Chrome thinks that the certificate has been revoked. But inspecting the cert shows that the current one is indeed valid, so Chrome is clearly a bit confused. I suspect that someone did somehow revoke the cert during the switch over to the new site and then replaced it, leaving Chrome confused with a bad (revoked) cert somewhere in a cache.

I managed to fix it on my Mac by doing a force quit on Chrome. If you don't know how to do that, open Activity Monitor, then find Google Chrome in the list. Click on it, and then click the X at the top, then click on Force Quit. Then open Chrome again, and hopefully you can see the new website in all its glory.
