Would you be in favour of somehow regulating who is allowed and not allowed have children in this country. E.G. If you are a lifelong dole artist with a conviction list as long as your arm perhaps you are not in the position to have a child. The excess money could go towards supporting young decent families have children.…

The excess money could go towards supporting young decent families have children. As in the type of people you want populating the country.

I understand it's totally unfeasible, but theoretically is it a good idea?
