I see we are inundated with posters that were never around before, gloating now that Trump was acquitted.

Brave that the result is in, not confident enough to post while the trial went ahead.

Was the same thing when Mueller's report was bastardised by Barr. Full of sh1tposting and grade Z wum stuff.

Not prepared to debate the facts, or deal in realities. Just posting catchphrases and nonsensical forecasts about 2024.

    Boring stuff really.

The fact is Trump was routed by "The do nothing Democrats", "sleepy/creepy joe biden".

Trump, the twice impeached, twice most bi-partisan vote to convict, one term, two time loser of the popular vote, a president who cost his party the House, the Senate and the White House, never to breach 50% popularity.

A sh1t stain on american politics.

Laughed at on the World stage.

A loser now reduced to playing president in a gaudy 2nd rate club in Florida.

Goodbye and good luck Donald. You and your family will need it in the multiple federal and State court cases in multiple jurisdictions.

May you finally get what you truly deserve.

Gained 12 million legal votes while doing so.

It's what they do, hide out and minutes after (insert scandal here) is over they suddenly reappear, "oh I've even busy with work/family/real life". Too ashamed to stand and fight their corner they run and hide until its safe to come out and gloat.

The best is, even when they gloat they are wrong, they seem to think this is the end of it, it's just the beginning:pac:

And still couldn't get a second term... Plus I would say the fact he's avoided the public view since he left implies he's somewhat of a defeated man. Plus plenty of legal cases in his near future.

Gained 12 million legal votes while doing so.

But still got beaten by Biden, posiibly the second worst candidate the democrats ever ran

And STILL lost to the popular candidate in the history of the USA

    Go figure :D

This notion that Biden was anywhere near the worst candidate the Democrats ever ran is a nonsense.

Innocent again, twice in a row.

It's a pity that some people don't believe in innocent until proven guilty but, at least we can rely on the US political and judicial system to deliver justice.

    And what about McConnells words?
He blames Trump for the events of the 6th of January, but he voted not to convict.

Do you agree with him, or is he on your naughty list also.

The impeachment charge was incitement. You cannot impeach someone cause you dislike them. It’s not communist China no matter how much the democrats would like it to be.

Voted innocent by his spineless Rep colleagues, such a ringing endorsement and not corrupt at all. We'll see how he gets on in a proper court.

Innocent again, twice in a row.

Yet, still impeached again, twice in a row...think about that for one second...four impeachment in the history of the US and fifty percent of those are attributed to Donald J Trump!

    Spineless? Courageous.

Being accused of a crime does not make one guilty.

Maybe he upset the deep state and vested interests?

John Kerry, Michael Dukakis and Walter Mondale were the first to spring to mind.

We don't have to, the Trump zealots have been telling us this for more than ast twelve months :pac:

They clearly didn't see enough evidence or hear legal arguments that convinced them that he was guilty of the charge.

Just because you don't agree with their decision means that it's corruption.

Justice was done whether you like it or not.

This maybe true, yet only took around 100,000 votes to screw him, yet he and his team can't find a shred of any effivdence of fraud..

It's pretty sad, a billionaire and all his might can not find anything to back up his claim he boasted about for 5/6/7 months previous..

Some deep state sh!t going on here!

There is no question, none, that President Trump is practically and morally responsible for provoking the events of that day. No question about it.

    Mitch McConnell, after voting today.

McConnell himself pretty clearly said he was guilty.... It's a great example of partisanship that they didn't convict. In history, he will be remember terribly and for good reason.

Sound very much like the "stolen election"... Remind us all why the rally on the 6th of January was held...

He clearly said he was not guilty based on the charge. That’s why he voted against.

    Stop recounting fantasy.

I honestly thought listening to the reaper, it was before the vote!! The case he made was totally FOR conviction.. yet it was after the affect :(

I wonder if the Trumpists here are aware that Mitch is engaging in doublethink as a form of political manoeuvring?

Actually, it's more likely that they don't even understand that question.
