Are there any child savings account where all transactions must be approved or authorized by the secondary account holder? i.e the named parent or legal guardian on the account. Are there any child savings account where all transactions must be approved or authorized by the secondary account holder? i.e the named parent or legal guardian on the account.

Edit: I took a look at EBS and their children's account seems to be what I want. The terms & conditions are very different to the banks.
