Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Hi folks, doing a CGT return for the first time and having some difficulty.

I am a PAYE worker, I have calculated my cgt liability and it exceeds the 1270 allowance.

My question is how do I file it? I have looked through the revenue myaccount system and cant seem to find a section for it anywhere? Do I need to return paper forms?

    Any help much appreciated!

Form CG1 on the Revenue website. Download the pdf form. Fill it in and upload via MyEnquiries.

You need to register to pay CGT. Send Revenue an email via the system and they will set you up.

After you've paid the relevant tax, you will need to file the form mentioned by "relax carry on".
